After carefully considering the situation, I feel that canceling the event is the most appropriate decision. As much as I hate having to make this call, I have the success, safety, and experience of all of our vendors in mind. I do not want anyone traveling, setting up, and investing their time and money into an event where the conditions could put them at a disadvantage.
