The Black Legacy Project of Wayne County (BLPWC) is proud to announce its 2nd Annual Black Expo, taking place on Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Kuhlman Center, 861 Salisbury Rd., Richmond, Indiana (Wayne County Fairgrounds).

Admission is free and open to the public.
